This place is pretty decent, as far as Boston Markets go. We ordered a whole chicken with a side of spinach. They ran out of spinach and didn't have any more ready for a few minutes, so we got string beans in the rest of our container as a filler. The chicken was great! A bit charred, but surprisingly tasted great even so. It almost had an El Pollo Loco feel to it (East Coasters might not know what I'm talking about, but Californians will).
Only complaints – we asked for gravy and they didn't give any to us. Also, where are the utensils???
Other than that, no major complaints – it was a good take-out dinner.
Gotta love their rotisserie chicken and their mac n cheese. After a long day with friends and their kids cycling along Cross Island Parkway. We decided to come to Bay Terrace after our ride to shop around, Barnes and Nobles for some kiddie books, and then Boston Market for a late lunch. The kids really enjoyed the mac n cheese more than anything else. The service was okay and their work stations and seating area was pretty clean. Much better than the one in Forest Hills.
Food is made well here. This particular location is cleaner than most Boston Markets I've been to.
I had the chicken pot pie with 3 small sides: cream of spinach, green beans and corn. The pot pies are pretty much consistent. So that's a good thing. BF had the meatloaf with potatoes and spinach. It was also great
We wanted something fast, but still felt like it was dinner-at-home. Boston market did exactly that. This Bay Terrace location is clean, the employees are very friendly. Also, they do take military discounts.
