This location is quite slow. It seems like everyone is moving on slllooowwww moddddeeee. There seems to be an abundance of people working behind the counter, yet they have a somewhat difficult time getting the food onto the plate and to the customer.
We stopped in because my aunt just had to try the ribs. So we tried the ribs. Not bad but I've had better. I stuck with my 3 piece dark with two sides and a corn muffin. I didn't finish my food.
This boston market in particular is bittersweet. Until recently i find myself grabbing food here more often because my boyfriend is obsessed. Every Time i do come here, employees are deathly slow. Today i almost found myself holding my mouth back because as soon as i walked in, there was only one person taking orders! His back was turned and he was on his phone for a good 5mins. I waited & when he finally turned around he was not pleasant at all. Like seriously? I didn't say anything, i gave him my order and that was it. Of course i had to repeat it three times.
I said this location is bitter sweet so let me get to the 'sweet' part about it… A parking lot. Atlantic ave in my experience is a nightmare so a parking lot for customers is a great thing. Also, cvs is right next door & i always end up snagging items i need one time from there. Lastly, the FOOD is actually good. Clean & tasty. If it weren't for the employees it prob would've received 4 stars. Possibly. Perhaps new staff should be in order!
