Stopped by for lunch, as this was a good in-between your typical Panera Bread or fast food joints. This place has been here for a long time and their quality in the past has been hit or miss. This time around was good. Had the half chicken, stuffing, and creamed spinach which has always been a good combination. They added new sauces to change up the flavor from plain or bbq. I chose the sweet thai chili and it was just what I wanted. The rotisserie chicken was tender and fell of the bones, not dry. The sides were alright. If they arent too busy, they take the food to the table you plan to sit at. They clean up after you're done. Definitely a healthier alternative to what's on this stretch of Route 22.
Came across Boston Market and we decided to do take out. Amazingly the place was packed!!
Waited almost 30 minutes for the line and to get our food. They obviously were not used to be this busy. Had to wait a while for them to replenish sweet potato and corn bread.
Overall it was an ok takeout and reheat dinner experience so not sure if I can wait that long for fast food.
Came here on a spur of the moment since there was a promotion on Labor Day. It was the first time in years I've been here. I remember loving it as a kid when we had Boston Market for special lunch at my middle school, but my perception completely changed after this experience. Everything was just oily, gross and unappetizing. I got one of the family size meals with mac n cheese, spinach, potatoes and a rotisserie chicken. The spinach was way too creamy, the potatoes were one of the better dishes although it was too oily, the mac n cheese was generic and I just wasn't feeling the chicken. I'm sure that this is the standard for Boston Market but it's just not my kinda food.
I hope somene from corporate sees this. This location should be completely RE-STAFFED. I've had horrible service from dining in AND drive thru. They are very nonchalant and rude. My food was served cold and missing items, after I've already paid. its disgusting and filthy inside. Not acceptable.
I even called the corporate office and the lady i spoke to was rude. She kept talking over me and repeating the sane sentence 'you have to leave a voicemail for a complaint, i cannot help you.' Wow! What a way to treat loyal customers.
Boston Market is my favorite "fast food place." It is my guilty pleasure. I love their corn bread and their mashed potatoes. I always order the half chicken because it is about a dollar more than getting a quarter white or dark meat. I also like how Boston Market now serves their food on regular plates so it feels like a real restaurant if you go to eat their. They also clean up for you, which is nice but not necessary. I like going their to grab a quick and hot meal. Boston Market is my weakness!
