bagels are dense and chewy
generous cream cheese spread.
only thing is it can be very expensive.
Yum. I really love satisfying my weekend breakfast cravings with super tasty and speedy delivery from Broadway Bagels. I think their omelettes are vey tasty and the bagels come toasted! They also have amazing prices and include coffee with their entrees. Never had any issues with delivery. Def recommend and don't forget a blueberry muffin!
This place is the bomb. Bagels are full of flavor and always perfectly toasted, and they have a wide selection of cream cheeses to choose from. Sometimes they overload a bit on the cream cheese but nothing too crazy. This is definitely a bagel joint to seek out on the Upper West. Keep in mind it's cash only, but they have an ATM on site. Staff is very friendly. Atmosphere is casual, clean and spacious, with a decent amount of tables scattered throughout. They also offer other sandwiches, everything from a reuben to a gyro.
Whenever I'm in NY I need my bagel and lox, so I looked up well reviewed places near my hotel and off I went for here. I came here twice, once around dinnertime and again for breakfast. Both times, I had very friendly customer service. Prices are decent, and the food isn't amazing but it hits the spot. Besides the bagel and lox (you should see the giant piles of cream cheese variety), I had scrambled eggs and toast. Seating is plenty, and I found plenty of outlets for my dying phone to charge.
A great bagel spot on the upper west. I always get a salt toasted with cream cheese and bacon and it is made perfectly. The staff is fast, effective, and friendly. I had had friends get the whole nine with sandwiches and have never heard a complaint.
Delicious bagels and significantly better prices than some of the nearby competition. Generous portions on spreads, eggs, etc. Nice workers who are efficient and attentive. Some great options aside from bagels as well.
Really solid bagel. As a good Jew, I went to Broadway Bagel for Easter brunch, knowing it would be significantly less crowded than usual. And I was right! They often have lines but on Easter I walked right in and placed my order.
As a splurge, I had an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and lox for $8.95. The bagel had the most delicious crunch to it and the lox was perfectly soft and flavorful. Brought it home to eat it on a real plate, but there is seating in the store too. Highly recommended!

The bagel sandwiches are delicious, the menu is pretty extensive, there's a wide selection of cream cheese, and the service is good.
The bagels are chewy with a crisp exterior. I always get the bacon and egg sandwich (sans cheese). They never short me on the bacon. It's a standard breakfast sandwich, but it's above standard quality. My husband has gotten a few different sandwiches and he's been happy every time — and that kid knows his sandwiches.
If you're not a bagel person they have plenty other options, too, so this just makes for a nice breakfast spot in the area. In fact, I recommend this over Absolute Bagels!
