When I first heard about this place I already received bad recommendations about the place. My coworker ordered sandwiches twice from there and screwed up his order. For instance he asked for a turkey sandwich on a roll only tomatoes and onions no mustard, no mayo. Guess what they gave him. A turkey sandwich on a roll mustard, mayo, lettuce no onions and a measly slice of tomato.
Well enough of that I'm here to tell you my review. My experience wasn't that great either. I ended up going there because he usual place I get my latte from was close on the weekends so I figured hey why not give this place a shot. I had no other choice I need a pick me up ( since I started work at 9 am and didn't have enough sleep from the night before). Well I got an egg (peppers and onions) sandwich and an iced vanilla coffee (they don't serve lattes here). I made sure I clearly said my order since my coworker told me about his fiasco. I guess that was in vain because they messed up my order. They gave me onions and tomatoes. They need to consider getting orders correctly . What if I was allergic to some of the items mistakenly put on my meal.
The iced coffee wasn't that bad but the sandwich was less than average. Once I had to pay the items were over priced than usual places (places that are better) and wasn't worth it. The only positive out of this purchase was me being full. So overall I will give 1 1/2 stars.
Just don't come here. I wouldn't even take my worst enemy to eat here. I am upset this storefront has the word "Brooklyn" in it or even the word "bagel." Cashier had an attitude and the bagel wasn't even half decent to make up for it. Cream cheese should not taste like lemon. Thank you for the stomach ache.
