I have been trying to figure out the name of the breakfast sandwich cart in front of my office FOREVER. But it always by-passes me or slips my mind. Anyway, this place makes the best egg and cheese sandwiches on the face of the EARTH. They aren't just okay, or mediocre. NO. Incredible. The bun is nice and soft but substantial enough to hold a good heaping amount of egg. They do not skimp you on that scrambled egg goodness so don't bother with getting the two eggs. The cheese on it is standard American but they melt it just right into that buttered roll and the egg and it comes out in its little foil packet still steaming when you step into your office. Good gravy. They know me now. I don't go there particularly often enough because I'd gain 40 pounds. But when I don't come in for a good while the Russians yell at me and say: "WHERE HEV YOU BEEEEEN?! I'VE MEEESSED YOU." And then I feel guilty. I want to also point out even though I always get the same thing (1 egg with cheese on a roll) that they do have healthier options. You can get like egg whites and turkey stuff and vegetables inside of egg things and wraps. Hey there. They also have bagels and other baked goods. It's kind of like the Kremlin of street food egg and cheese sandwich carts. Go already.
