Ok not impressed , would i go out of my way for Brooklyn Wrap NO but unfortunately its one of the only healthy eats around the area i work .
Small little shop , a little too dim imo , should be better lit and the staff seemed like they rather no one walks through the door (except for the guy cooking in the back and the young guy in the front) those 2 fellas were very friendly .
The Ribeye wrap was ok/good but not great , to be honest it didnt really seem like a Ribeye but whatever it tasted ok with the fresh veggies and sauce they used .
Foods prepared fresh to order is a good thing but like i mentioned the staff should be alot more welcoming, the prices are a little high but thats ok since the foods made fresh.
Good luck with the business Brooklyn Wrap , maybe we'll meet again !
You wouldn't expect a new restaurant to open in this neighborhood so when I passed by I didn't think much.
I open my yelp app and they pop up as local and new, checked them out and not disappointed.
First thing I noticed was that the staff greeted you right away with a smile, and very inviting.
I ordered a Mexican bowl which was super big for $6.50 that's cheap
They forgot to add or offer sauce so it was a bit dry luckily I had some sauce at home.
I will definitely return to try their wraps and crepes and their smoothies look delicious.
I made them aware of a spelling mistake on their website and pamphlets they were gracious to acknowledge and where thankful.
The nice lady behind the counter offered me to try a sample of their smoothy which I declined at the time (stupid me) she was sweet but I'll be back soon
So I returned to Brooklyn Wrap with a friend to try the crepes. The crepe menu is pretty limited. They had three choices. My friend wanted to get the strawberry banana but they said they were out of strawberries so she substituted it for mangos. I ordered the mango blueberry coconut crepe. Both came with multiple ingredients that were able to substitute.
Now that we ordered we have a seat and wait. And wait we did. I witnessed the slowest crepe making session in history. We waited at least 20 minutes for them. Someone came out and made the pancakes very slowly and then placed them to the side for someone else to add the ingredients. Which was done one at a time, very slowly. Needless to say by time the crepes got to us they were completely cold. Usually ingredients are added and folded on crepe cooker to keep it warm but not here. It tasted okay besides that fact that it was even cold to the touch.
They are just too slow to make a good warm crepe and the ingredients are too far away from where they make the crepes.
