This place is probably the least offensive in Resorts Casino's food court (except for Artichoke Basille's Pizza which was closed yesterday). They're menu is super simple as they only sell a plain burger ($5) or cheese burger ($7) with your choice of American, cheddar, swiss or pepperjack cheese.
I ordered a cheese burger with cheddar cheese, an order of their shoestring fries ($3.50) and a 16 oz Tropicana lemonade ($3.50). I really loathe 'fast food' burgers, but I was pleasantly surprised by my burger.
Not too big and not small enough to make me complain (and I was staaaaarving), great amount of cheese nicely melted on my patty on a regular bun which was (surprisingly) slightly toasted – it was a nice touch!
My younger sister ordered a cheese burger with American cheese, lettuce and tomato and was also surprised at how decent it was given the location and "food court" factor.
The fries were ok, not as crunchy as I like and definitely nothing to write home about – even McDonald's exceled at this part…
But should I ever see a "Burger Express" somewhere I might pop in and give their burger a whirl *.
*Unless there's something nearby that's much better. I'm still a slight food snob and all 0:).
