  1. I work in the area & this place is usually a go to place simply because it is convenient.
I have stopped by on occasion but tend to order take out more often.
They offer a pretty easy menu , Burgers are ok classic with cheese & fries not a bad combo. Good curly fries , regular fries good as well.
Good Turkey & Veggie burgers both decent , veggie burger pretty tasty considering its a veggie burger.
Turkey burger not bad if u are looking for a little healthier option.
Chicken Sandwiches Grilled is good , better with the Teriyaki sauce.
Tuna Melt is good for a non chicken option.
Decent Chicken Salad sandwich. Chicken fingers are better if u have it in the restaurant when delivered it seems to loose some of its taste & can be a bit over fried.
The best choice here seems to be their rather large salads over priced yes, but at least it's a big portion.
Burger Heaven salad is great , so is the Caesar Salad.
Next are the Grilled Chicken , Asian & Cobb Salads all pretty decent can't go wrong.
The Greek Salad good as well , they also offer an Authentic Greek salad that is great as long as u get it chopped & with Chicken.
For drinks I usually just go with a Lemonade not too bad.
The restaurant itself is a decent size two levels plenty of seating below & above , service at the restaurant depending on time a day can be a bit slow , same goes for delivery but overall is not bad in service.
Prices are definitely over priced for the type of food they serve but being that it's midtown you are going to come across a lot of the same not too many quick meal places in the area this is a good option for a decent bite to eat.

  2. Your standard 2-star place.

My boyfriend and I were getting hungry and decided to turn down this street and stumbled upon here. We took a look at their menu from the window and it seemed fairly decent. Pretty big variety, and sounds all delicious. We didn't turn to yelp for back up and just decided to come in.

It's got a diner like vibe to it and the servers were really blah. The only one that actually had a personality and was friendly was the one behind the "bar" stool seating- and we decided to sit at a booth so we didn't get her lol. I asked my server what her favorite thing was- I mean I love doing this the people who work there should know! She looked at my like she was clueless and said "oh well uh the burgers." Obviously the burgers are good it's called "Burger Heaven!!!" After that it was a huge turn off like okay no way is the rest of my visit here going to be good.

My boyfriend decided to get the American cheeseburger and it did not come with fries. He had to add Fries AND lettuce, tomatoes and onions for $4.95!!! Rip off- burgers should come with both of them and be included in the price.
It was really confusing and he just settled for whatever way our server decided to put it in as.

I ordered their special burger ( forgot the name ) and it was okay- their special sauce was good as well as the Carmelized onions.

We spent $43 on two mediocre burgers and drinks! The quality wasn't that good neither was the service for what we paid.

  3. Apparently it was National Burger Day yesterday and I inadvertently celebrated by eating at Burger Heaven. If you go in here knowing it's a diner / burger joint then you'll be a 4-star happy camper. If you think this is going to change your life and send you to enlightenment, then sorry.

Overall: gigantic, juicy burger covered in cheese, mushrooms, and the works. Delicious curly fries. Super chocolate-y milkshake that was actually made extra thick as requested. Delivery of the food was faster than McDonald's. Service was really nice as well.

  4. Burger Heaven? Wait a second..
If I'm in Burger heaven then Farrah Fawcett is on my arm and I'm hangin' with Frank and Dean talking about how Ronald Reagan was a real party animal.

Nope, Not here. I walk in and see a looong yellow counter with sweet Grandma asking me if I want fries with my cheeseburger.

It seems like a nice place for a Milk Shake and a nice hamburger. They grind their meat, everything seems spot on. So why the three stars?

Well if you must know my yelpin' friend, I've been working on a NYC burger list for a few years.

I ate the burger today and it wasn't celestial, it was just ok. After one bite, I wasn't seeing St. Peter and John Belushi. I was seeing cute grandma so Its safe to assume I wasn't in Heaven or Hell but here in Good Ol' Earth.

    Your call..

  5. Came here one afternoon for my co-workers GTFO lunch (he was leaving the company in a few days). It was jam packed when we arrived and I can see why! Luckily, we had reservations already. When I saw the menu, I knew I had to get the Burger Heaven Burger:  caramelized red onions and special house sauce, how could I resist?! Oh and they have curly fries!! I haven't had curly fries in a while, maybe 2-3 years. I know, I know, it's crazy. Anyway, it took me a minute to scarf down my burger. It was delicious. All that juicy medium rare meat,  those perfect onions and their delicious sauce…I just couldn't stop myself. For the price, portions were pretty good. The burger is monstrous and they give you plenty of fries. The burgers remind me of Shake Shack but much much bigger. It's a good comparison in my opinion.

Service here was pretty good as well. The staff is very friendly and our waiter came back multiple times to refill our drinks and to see how we were doing.

I will certainly be back Burger Heaven!

  6. This name has some big shoes to fill. I have to be fair and add that of all the times I have been here the burger doesn't stand out however the fish fillet sandwich is always on point. It is a yummy white flaky fish that is not fishy, substantial and breaded just right. A quality fish fillet is hard to find, I cannot say it is number one but it does not disappoint. Their sandwich is served with sweet cole slaw, sometimes a pickle, lettuce, tomatoes and a side of tartar sauce. I frequent the counter to get fresh food and friendly diner like customer service. They recently updated their stool chairs which give it a more modern look. Burger Heaven is a cool spot and is not ridiculously priced and the service is always pretty good. And grab a mint on your way out the door. Toodles….

  7. The Burger Heaven located on Madisson and 39th closed down, so I decided to check out this location since I was in the mood for their special burger.

On the bright side, the burger tasted awesome as usual. Their special sause is really good. But this location wasn't as nice as the other. Service was so-so. It has a new looks and doesn't have that diner feel like the other one. Price also seems to be a lot more (I'm guessing to make up for the new look).

I might be back if I'm craving their burger, but maybe I'll check out one of their other many locations.

  8. We needed some quick take out to eat before heading to a concert at MetLife. This was right around the corner and my friend wanted a burger, so we gave them a try. The gentlemen (seemed to be the manager) assisted us right away and got our orders started. While we watched them make our order right there, when we got back to our hotel the fries tasted like the had been sitting under a warmer for a while (they were no longer crispy). I had chicken tenders, and while they filled me, they were nothing special. My friend had the heaven burger and said it was good.
Overall, nothing special, but maybe we didn't order the right things.
