Burgers are decent.
I ordered take out and was asked to hold several times over the phone. Wasn't bad, I understood since they sounded busy. But then I waited for over an hour for our order. Granted, it was a big order, but over an hour… I was starving.
I ordered a create your own burger and sweet potato fries. When the food arrived my fries were kind of soggy…still good though. I've had better burgers also so I'm probably being a burger snob. The medium was kind of done medium well/well done so I was kind of disappointed in that.
I"d probably still order from them as it's pretty convenient and close to work and will probably order medium rare for my burger next time.
The night I went, there was no one in charge it seemed. Everyone looked younger than 20 years old and there was no organization.
It took over an hour to get waited on so they gave us two appetizers for free – then later the appetizers ended up on the bill! We had to show it to them to get it off the bill.
Then, the burgers all came out wrong. Some toppings were missing or added. None of the waiters could tell us which burger was which. Also, EVERY burger came out well done, not the way you requested it to be cooked.
Milk shakes were watered down with way too much milk. Not as thick as I usually like them.
I could not wait to leave when we were done. Others near us were also complaining the whole night. It seemed no one enjoyed their dinner.
Doubt I'll be returning unless some drastic changes are made.
Boring and tasteless burger. Roll was borderline stale. Second time I've come here and wanted to give it another try since not many good burger options near me insuburbia (Shake Shack is coming soon though..yay). . Gave it a day or two to reflect further but this was such an unappealing and tasteless burger its mind blowing. I was hoping for something better but it's truly a bad burger. BK would have been more satisfying. Great location but I'm not going back.
