Almost impossibly cramped, 'Buy & Savings' (seriously? All this time, I just knew the place as 'LIQUORS', owing to the sign above the storefront) actually boasts a pretty decent selection of wine, spirits, and beers. Beyond the standard macrobrews, you can find some Belgian imports and solid craft brews (DuClaw? Multiple offerings from Stone? Several high-quality 22oz'ers? Score!)
Prices are a bit higher than at other stores and I've almost tripped over the resident tabby more than once. Unless I'm looking for a specific bottle, though, this place is a standard.
