First off, be prepared to say "excuse me," "pardon," just to get in. Why would you do that? Well the crack heads and alcoholics hanging out outside. It gets better…
Once inside, be prepared to point to what you want. Everything is behind bullet proof glass. Also be prepared to turn down some bums inside(?!) the store asking for the change you just got back.
Very HOOD and not really recommended for anyone that doesn't live on the block.
