I quickly passed through here for lunch in the middle of my workday around 12 pm.
I got the hot food bar (8.99/lbs) and got some buttered green beans, chicken marsala, hangar steak with mushroom sauce, and a piece of eggplant stuffed with spinach.
First off, the other two reviews of this place were really negative so I was pleasantly surprised. The beef was tender and the flavor wasn't bad. The chicken was labeled marsala but was actually picatta (lemon + capers). The green beans weren't overcooked although they weren't picked well (as in there were some stringy bits attached). The stuffed eggplant wasn't bad either.
I understand how you might find this place expensive but comparing the quality and ingredients to the food trucks outside, I really don't think this is a bad option. You can get some good quality protein, choose your own serving size, and the vegetables are fairly well done as well.
I would definitely come back for a quick lunch meal. The lines/wait is also shorter than many food trucks.
