   Everytime I come towards Oak Tree, I am looking forward to visit this place.
   This place has a nostalgic factor associated to it, the after dinner visits to the  "PAN TAPRI" back home in India.

   I always get the "House Special Paan" and Pista Thandai

   Now this establishment is a real treat.

   I will tell you what I love about this place:
   -SUPER customizable paan
   -You can get chocolate dipped paan (I am farreal. Yes, this is real life.)
   -Mango lassi
   -FALOODA
   -The owner is super cool to boot
   -THEY CATER BRUH THEY CATER

   What I hate about this place:
   -How did I not know about this spot sooner?
   -Sugar overdose

   Well what can i say about Paan. probably hardly any Indian that does not like paan. We stumbled upon this place while we were looking for a beer in the nearby liquor store.

   as we went inside it like a Indian restaurant serving Indian snack, desserts and street foods. Basically this paan place is the chipotle of paan. the names of the paan were very exotic and felt like you were in erotic store. Each name outdid the previous one.

   I ordered a sp. royal pann $2.50 without any fennel seed mukhvas. The guys mentioned the difference in all the paan is mukhwas that he gets from Jaipur and other places. He gave us couple different kind for testing and they were really quite good.

   after eating my paan i loved it so much i packed 10 more to go. He gave us couple free paan. Normally i would get my paan from a small shop that is inside a DVD parlour but is very simple and not as tasty. so this time i got 10 from here and 10 from there.

   For paan this is a great place. I did not have food here so cannot comment on it.
