  1. What was one of our go to spots when we lived in Bklyn back in the day, it has now been 20 years since we had been here. Today, while trying to figure out where to eat, I mentioned this place and we gave it a shot. Still looks pretty much the same as it did back then. A small cozy spot attached to the Greenhouse Cafe. Not many people in when we were there. Waitress did a good job keeping tabs on us and getting our orders correct. we had various items and mine was the smoked turkey wrap.  Everything we had was pretty good. Back in the day, we pretty much always got burgers which were damn good back then. No burgers today, but food did it's job and satisfied all.

(Really 2.5 stars) This was a fave from years ago.  I only ever had desserts here and decided to go again the other night.  They still serve the same menu (hadn't been here in at least 10 years).  While the carrot cake and cheesecake were good, they didn't exactly enthrall me.  Where does one go for great dessert in the area late at night?

    Passable diner-quality food in you're in a pinch but there are definitely better options around.  Coffee is merely so so.
