Very nice event space. Came here for an American Cancer Society Kick off event. It was catered, continental breakfast style. I had a VIP table, because I came with my employer, that donates a nice check for ACS. We had a tray of bagels in the center of the table, with delicious cream cheese and various jellies and butter. We had different juices by Tropicana, tea, and coffee. We also had fruity danishes. It was catered by Citifield themselves, and it was perfect. We had a fruit medley tray also on our table, If your looking to throw an event for your company, you should consider Ceasar's Club. I don't have pricing info, but for big companies or corporations, it's pretty good service and selection for a morning event. Plenty of parking- of course. Employees are very happy to serve you. Large space- 3 stations of coffee bars, food and drink. Elevators can be a bit of a wait at the end. They don't let you use the stairs. But they have great crowd control skills, so no sweat!!
Ceasar's club is a nice little lounge type hangout at Citi Field. If you get a seat in the 300 level you get access to it. They have some exclusive places to eat that you cant get at the rest of the stadium and when its as packed as it was for yesterdays game and the food lines are long even at the gluten free stand it can be an oasis. The place is comfy and clean, has many couches and tables and tvs everywhere so you dont miss any action. It is also air conditioned so it offers a nice break on very hot days. I opted for the newly opened Rao's outlet. Now since just being Italian does not get me a reservation at the actual restaurant (you have to be a Sopranos cast member) this was as close as Ive gotten to the famous Lemon Chicken. It was really quite good and I devoured the three drumsticks I go very fast. The meat was tender and that lemon sauce had me (discreetly) sucking on the bone. Now the price…3 ittle drumsticks and a small Brisk iced tea $18.00. Yes its a ballpark so its expected and it sure beats the crap they offered at Shea but wow. That and the fact that my friend was griping that they only had blue and orange Gatorade and not her fave red and charged her 6.00 for a bottle is the reason they got dropped a star.
