Excellent addition to the St. George lunch landscape. Very good flavors and excellent prices makes Chang Noi Thai my new favorite lunch place near the courthouse and ferry. I enjoyed the green curry and thai basil so far, but I am sure I'll try most of the lunch menu as time goes on.
