  1. I was apprehensive to dine here because of my experience at a different Chilis. If we're being honest the reviews on this place are not favorable. Against my better judgement I came here with my friend because she's been craving this place for some time now.

Once you walk in you're not greeted, but instead you're waiting around for someone, anyone to acknowledge you.
The entrance/exit is an issue especially when people are standing in the doorway because of the strange setup in the waiting area.

I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad and Southwestern Eggrolls as my app. Both were mediocre at best. I really enjoyed my Mango Arnold Palmer. It had the right amount of sweetness and on top of that it was bottomless. The waitress was kind enough to give me a XL to-go cup.

Unlike other reviews, our food came out quickly.

  2. Would be good to serve 2:1 beer/cocktails drinks one at a time so the beer is always chilled but no complaints with Chili's. Food is good and reasonably priced. Neighborhood staple post movies and shopping in Atlas Park.

  3. I came here in a double date and it was a nice casual restaurant. However, it took us a while to get served, but our waitress was funny and attractive. Her name is Ari and we gave her a pretty good tip. We were a group of four and we all got two for twenty. I got the fajitas which was ok. I've had better to be honest. Its just ok. I had better food was I had a pleasant experience.

  4. FIRST OFF; i was very hesitant to come here because of all the negative reviews but decided why not.

the host in the front was one of the most immature and unethical worker I've probably met. Literally had us wait for her to finish talking with her friend that passed by after initially telling us to follow her.

after we got seated, the aroma of tex-mex cuisine hit our nose and we began to hunger for food.
Our waiter was probably the best and funniest part of our visit here unfortunately.
He was more than accommodating and kept us up to date with everything.

We ordered food that were displayed on the photos of the menu because we didn't know what to get. However they were honestly all very average or possibly nasty.
    – with the exception of the texas cheese fries & fajita.

all the tacos, burritos, and quesadillas literally tasted the same and not pleasant.

We had also ordered a second cheese fries because it was the tastiest dish we had.. and when we got the second order, we were beyond disappointed.

Cheese looks like it was microwaved on, fries already semi-cold and a lot flavor and crisp compared to the first one.
    – the first texas fries was melting with cheese, very warm and crisp to the bite which was why we started with high expectations of the place.

SECONDLY; we had tried to talk to another waiter but he was literally listening to us without even looking towards our general direction because he was too busy checking out some other customers.

Now I can second all the negative reviews & would not come back to this place nor recommend it.
Taco trucks beats this Chili's anyday.

  5. Only problem I had with this place was that it took over 2 hours to be seated.  Then again, we did have about 14-16 people.. Oh well!

Food was great!  I'm surprised none of us had a heart attack due to all that delicious grease.  On our side of the table or group, we ordered fried pickles, guacamole that came with super thin tortilla chips, bacon cheese burger, Honey chipotle shrimp & sirloin, loaded boneless wings (we ordered spicy but I guess she didn't hear) and smothered prime rib burrito.  No alcohol for the designated drivers so we had Shirley temples and Mango iced tea (which was delicious!).  Molten lava cake was for the birthday girl and that was pretty good.

If you're willing to walk a bit, street parking is available.  If not, then you can park at the lot.  It was pretty pricey.  Unfortunately, they do not validate the parking tickets.

The restroom was okay.  It wasn't clean or super dirty.  This restaurant is pretty loud but it was lively.  It's kinda dark but it was nice.  For birthdays, I would definitely come back with my loved ones again.  Especially for the smothered burrito and loaded boneless wings!

  6. Service was horribly slow for a Monday night.

The only thing that we got in a timely manner was a table.

Nothing came out in order or on time.
There were 4 of us we didn't order a whole lot of stuff.

Why did I get my appetizer last?
It's a damn appetizer not dessert!

Why didn't I get my rice and beans WITH my fajita?
When I did get it, it was one spoonful of rice with a whole lot of beans.

The waiter was doing everything off of memory so of course all of our orders got screwed up.

We were told that the bartender was backed up.

    The restaurant was practically empty.
Why did it take 30+ minutes to get our drinks?!
The drinks weren't that amazing for it to have taken that long.

Most of the time we couldn't even find our waiter!
When we walked out, he was OUTSIDE!

We wanted a take out container because we were tired of the awful service & we couldn't even get that!

It was our first time at any Chili's & we're definitely not going back to this location.

  7. It's 9 pm on a Wednesday and more than half the bar area is filled with filthy empty tables with dirty plates all over them. Then the hostess tells me to wait bc they have to clear off tables. Ok fine. 15 minutes later I, along with my guest and the 10 other people sitting here also waiting are wondering why tables are sitting in the bar area filthy while we the paying customers sit here waiting like jackasses on a weeknight.

Why you ask? Maybe because the three girls (2 hostesses and a server) are laughing and gossiping away about how the server refuses to serve certain tables based on their appearances.

This is BS. And I will never come back here. People have to work in the morning and just want dinner. We don't want to listen to your God damn complaining. We don't want to watch your lazy asses standing around while we sit here waiting.

This restaurant needs some SERIOUS customer service training and a new manager…..OBVIOUSLY!

  8. If your in the mood for happy hr specials and great drinks, then this is place for you. I usually sit at the bar and order drinks and apps. Just simple. You are close to the flat screen tvs and you can see tthe sports events on different ones. The bartenders are usually nice and accomodating. Their food is ok.  Just what you would usually find at any semi fast food chain. I love when they have the 2 for 1. Definitely my kind of night.
