So, I definitely have to add another star because based on my last few trips here, they've improved. The last 4 times I visited, the hot sauce/napkin station was clean, and I've witnessed workers in the process of maintaining it. Service has improved and the lines are now pretty much the length of your standard NYC Chipotle line, or shorter. Kudos to the management and staff for getting it together.
When they first opened up, there were super long lines, but every new Chipotle has this problem. The employees all seemed new, so service was a little slow, but the portion sizes were extremely generous for a Chipotle.
After awhile, service started to deteriorate. I like ordering the chips, and they can't seem to get it right at this location, usually soggy.
I have visited this location several times after, and it seems every experience is worse than the last. The portion sizes are no longer generous, they are always out of something, and the staff knows that and complain about that while customers are there as well. I haven't been able to get my fajita mix for my past four experiences at this location. They are lucky there are not many options around here.
