  1. Oh, Chipotle.  Woe is me.  Staff was fast with my order.  Zippity-zip thru the line.  Perhaps this was a result of the negative feedback received in many reviews.  Appropriate ratios- not quite.  My favorite staple at Chipotle is the [insert meat] bowl.  This location gave me a few small bites of chicken.  Not even enough to make up 1/2 a chicken thigh.  How sad my stomach was.  Usually, all the ingredients meld together in harmony.  This time, I could taste the sourness of the unripened tomatoes, some spicy salsa that got mixed in accidentally, and lots of rice and beans.  Why did the chicken cross the road?  He was going anywhere, but into my chicken bowl.

  2. I was so excited for this location to open up, because Let's face it the other food options are pretty terrible on the immediate strip here. I was so extremely disappointed with this one. I mean how could you go wrong with a chipotle? I came here during the day and it wasn't too busy. I ordered my food and went to the upstairs seating. I noticed some of the tables were really dirty. I'm talking garbage and food particles. I thought okay maybe the people just left I'll just sit somewhere else. The whole time I was there not one employee came upstairs to check. I was seated for about 35 minutes before I left. I could understand if it was busy, but there weren't people pouring in here so I thought that was odd. Secondly my chicken was way too overly salted and burnt. I was sitting with friends and was so turned off by my food that I didn't want to ask for another one. They also said that their food was on the salty side too. I'm guessing it was the bottom of the pan leftovers? Who knows but chances are I won't be back here.

  3. Convinced this made me sick less than a day after eating it. With this 2015 ecoli outbreak going on I wouldn't be eating chipotle at all for the next few months.

  4. Oh man…this is not a good location at all.

The people working there are super friendly and the layout is nice – they have a good amount of seats and an upstairs area.

However..the food quality was very low. I got a chicken/steak bowl with white rice, veggies, milkd salsa, corn salsa, lettuce guac and sour crea,/cheese. I did it up…I know.

The lettuce was disgusting – I had to take it all off. It was clearly outdated and wilted/brown.

The steak was a weird color, too – it did not taste like their steak.

Overall, their food was not fresh at ALL. So I don't know if I will be back to this location…

  5. FINALLY A CHIPOTLE NEAR ME! I must say I'm in love with Chipotle. I like the chicken bowl with brown rice, tomatoes, lettuce, and medium salsa. I'm in love with how the chips and guacamole are made. I would most definitely want to live off Chipotle, if I wouldn't get fat from it. Must go!

  6. Yes they're a necessary evil like the Panera Bread, McD, BK, Popeye's and Wendy's along 86th St shopping corridor but to the detriment of quality food.
Chipotle's tried and true fast casual formula is unmistakable here but while the process and procedure in place have been indoctrinated into the staff, its implementation here is shaky at best, akin to the fast food segment across the street and that is a shame.

With the exception of proteins like pork, everything else is simply dry and overcooked, hardly worthy of the price point people are gobbling it up.  Expect quality and vote with your dollars. That being said, Tex-Mex fare isn't that easy to get to in this neighborhood unless you drive or enjoy walking long distances.

There is adequate seating but with the masses that come here, getting a seat downstairs or up will continue to be slim pickings.

  7. The food is your standard Chipotle, but it is FREEZING and I couldn't get into the bathroom with the code.

  8. I like Chipotle. A lot. Even with all of their outbreaks and crap going on, I'm still a fan and will keep eating here (and it's better now since less people are going to there's less of a wait plus, they're constantly giving out free shit).

But this Chipotle was bad. It was the inept service of the employees that made my experience at this particular Chipotle not the usual good experience.

The attitude of the employee wasn't bad. It's just I could tell it was either his first day on the job and there was no one to teach him how to much a fucking burrito bowl (which tells me bad management to allow for such a noob to make food cluelessly) or is just extremely forgetful (or high). Whatever the case was, my burrito bowl was built at a snail's pace with items missing when I had clearly expressed that I wanted it in my bowl.

This particular Chipotle is smaller than most places so seating can be an issue if this place gets busy like any other normal Chipotle I've been to but even being there at dinnertime, it was fairly empty which should've been telling to me something was amiss.

    Oh well, c'est la vie.
