I cannot believe I went to Chipotle yesterday because I have not follow the news. I should have questioned why I was the ONLY person on line ordering Chipotle at 6pm with only 2 other people in the restaurant but anyway I'm just glad that I can still sit here right now writing to you without getting a taste of the norovirus that many seem to have gotten.(finger crossed)
But I do have to say with all the negative presses that Chipotle's been getting, their food still tasted pretty good. My go-to is still the chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, spicy salsa, corn, lettuce and guacamole. The portion is great at this specific location and employees are never stingy, I can usually eat my food for two meals if I want to feel skinny.
This particular location is located in the Little Neck Plaza, right off Horace Harding West bound and Little neck Pkwy and it's awesome because it's about a 3 minute drive from my house so I can order from them online and then pick it up = super convenient!
I didn't have too much problem with their service and when I was there last night, I was greeted with many smiles from employees working there, it was almost scary!
I also got a good glance of the space these yesterday (since there were only 2 people there) and it's clean and spacious and I just love how they really have holes on the wall just to have that artistic look!
Overall: Decent food, reasonable price, good portion and convenient location make this Chipotle one of the best fast food option in the neighborhood, now let's hope it will recover from all the bad presses and I'm sure it'll be packed with people at 6pm again!
This is a relatively new Chipotle that's only been here several months.
Compared to Chipotle in Great Neck, the service is outstanding.
In Great Neck, I've been told that I arrived too early even if I arrived 11:00 – 11:05 am after opening time. In this location, I actually arrived 10:55 am 5 minutes before opening time, and everyone working there was happy to serve.
It's the employees that make the difference in any chain eatery, and everyone here is very efficient and very very nice. I never had such good service at a Chipotle before.
It was surprisingly empty, I think due to the norovirus scare, but I think chipotle has the best food of all the fast food chains so I am unconcerned.
I ordered my usual sofritas burrito bowl and my co-worker had a burrito and we were both pleased with the food quality.
Ladies and gentlemen of Little Neck Chipotle, you are the best! You all rock! Please keep it up!
Unfortunately this is one of the first Chipotle's I've had issues with.
The food quality is inconsistent.
Some trips it's good, and some it's pretty terrible and unfortunately it's more the latter.
It is Chipotle though, and having one so close to home is definitely great, but I gotta say I find my self going to the New Hyde Park location more, cause they seem to get it right most of the time.
Located on the end of a shopping complex right off Exit 32 on the LIE, the now Chipotle took over the old KFC/Taco Bell. When I'm in the mood for something flavorful, healthy and quick, this is my go to spot. The chicken is the best option, along with the fajita veggies, corn and tomato salsa and hot sauce. Their guac is a hit or miss, some days it's excellent, some days it taste like they just mashed some avocados together. The staff was standard, not overly nice but didn't scowl either. I would come here over other locations because it is convenient and they have a parking lot.
I have literally visited every Chipotle in Queens area, From Forest Hills, to Queens Center mall. They all have their flaws. Anyways! The flaw at this location is that each ingredient, it's like they lack any care. The lettuce are cut into large chunks. And they really skimp on all the things. I find myself constantly saying… please, extra rice, please, extra lettuce. Once the bowl is finished, and it reaches the end of the assembly line, half the bowl is full. Why you do dis?! Chipotle.
Anyways, for the love of Chipotle, please improve.
Came here once again because I had a buy one get one free coupon. Ordered 4 burrito bowls and had one knocked off for free. Ordered through their app, food was made on time. Proportions were better than last time but it is still lacking, there is such a small portion of rice that I initially thought there was none.
Problem I have with this experience is that I ordered for a person who is lactose intolerant. Specifically ordered no cheese but her order had cheese. The establishment wasn't crowded only 5 people eating there, and I set pickup 30 minutes after I placed the order. I was the only order that was through online so I don't get how the person can make this mistake.
I do like getting food at Chipotle, but someone here seriously needs to get his or her game up when assembling orders. By the time I realized this mistake one wise saying passed my mind, "ain't nobody got time for that".
Great location. THANK YOU for repacing the nasty Taco Bell that was there. It's just what you can expect from any Chipotle. I also didn't have any problems with any of the employees, like other reviewers have been saying. I didn't get a chance to go when this place opened up so maybe there was some retraining or replacement. In any case, the service was good and portions were fine. The guy accidentally gave me sofritas when I asked for carnitas, and I didn't realize til I got home…but now I'm a huge fan of the sofritas!

Giving Chipotle people a bad rep, man.
My first Chipotle burrito bowl in 3 months since the infamous e coli outbreak. I was hyped, but this was a pretty meh experience.
I might have gotten more guac than rice, and no they did not give me extra guac. 🙁
Customer service REALLY NEEDS WORK. You aren't supposed to get mad if I'm asking you for a water cup.
Go to a less moody Chipotle location if you can.
