I did come here the week that E. coli was found in the beef in some of the stores, but I wasn't that worried. I figured that's what happens when you stop using antibiotics in your animals, right? There's no reward without risk.
In any case, there's plenty of seating here toward the front. You have to walk to the very back to order your meal. It's pretty much a standard chipotle although the decor is slightly more drab for some reason. I ordered the bowl because I was trying to minimize the carbs today (Halloween candy binge over the weekend). Overall, good ingredients. I got the barbacoa, which is always slightly over-flavored.
It ended up being $10 just for the bowl, which is pretty expensive if you think about it. I didn't add avocado or a drink or anything.
I love Chipotle, don't get me wrong. But this one is particular needs some serious work. The food is still delicious, however the employees here needs to take a chill pill. They appear stressed out and its all about being fast, fast, fast. I know the lines get ridiculous here especially during lunch hours but I don't appreciate feeling like I'm being thrown around like a sack of potatoes. I almost felt like an inmate waiting on line for my food in prison (okay, fine I'm exaggerating but you get the point!). They're so high strung and in such a rush that it makes me feel rushed and uncomfortable. Hell, the one lady forgot to give me lettuce in my burrito bowl and I didn't even notice because she was moving at such at rapid pace. When I sat down to eat and opened the cover that was when I noticed so I had to go back up and um, ask for my lettuce. Also, I don't understand how I ended up with so little food in my bowl and everyone else around me had so much… I think I'm better off going to another location in the future.
Chipotle is my go to lunch/dinner. This location on the UES I especially like because the staff is really friendly. I never had to wait more than five minutes for my order and I'm always greeted politely. I like this location Bc they give you a good amount of each thing you want unlike other locations that act as if they are rationing all portions. The chipotle here gives you a good amount of food and they are quick.
It's chipolte, owned by McDonald's corp.. I know what I'm gonna get cause it's a cookie cutter formula for fast food, but it's healthy fast food (if you order healthy!). I always get a bowl to go. No complaints.
Chipotle is A-OK across the board. This one didn't really stand out to me. I've been here a few times. Service is Meh. The employees aren't very interactive and friendly even when there is no line. I do have to say that for the first time I had a Margarita made in less than ten minutes – so kudos to this location. And for those that don't know that margaritas exist at Chipotle – they sure do!!
The food itself was good. I enjoyed my chicken burrito bowl; which is what I always order. Yummy in my tummy! I would go back just because I absolutely love Chipotle.
On the bright side – I don't feel that this location gets too busy which is great. I know of quite a few Chipotles were the line is out the door. This location is also quite big so that's def a plus as well!!
I've been to this Chipotle 3 times since moving to this area. Let me just say that as a restaurant, Chipotle gets 5 stars from me. This location gets a 4 because it's great, but isn't anything mind-blowing in terms of service or anything. Not that I go to Chipotle for the service- I obviously go for the food.
The three times I've been, they have not run out of anything and the servers have been speedy and efficient. The portions have been generous, and my orders have not been messed up in any way.
"You've been to one Chipotle then you've been to them all."
Nothing really too different about this Chipotle food-wise.
The one thing that gets under my skin about this place is the go-go-go atmosphere of the restaurant. Many times the assemble line works are moving so fast that they do not listen to what you are actually saying. For example, I do not like a lot of sour cream and many times before I can utter out the words "go easy on the sour cream" they have already dumped a crap-ton of it on my food. But, other than that type of experience, the place is ok.
DO NOT go there between the hours of 12 noon and 1 pm because the lunch rush is out of control. However, Chipotle does have a online order before you go option. Maybe, I will try that out in the future.

It's chiptole people how can it be rated 2.5 stars?! Service is friendly and quick, food is always fresh and delicious, and there is ample seating!
