I literally have Chipotle for lunch every day that I work. That's 5 days a week. Yes, it's that good. Even though it's in the mall, it's hands down the best Chipotle I've been to. The workers are fast and SO unbelievably nice–even on days where that line is out of control. The food is always super fresh. I've seen them change it plenty of times and can confirm that it doesn't sit out all day. I loveeeeee Chipotle!
I tried the sofritas for the first time, and it was delicious! Perfectly seasoned and has a kick to it without it being too spicy. I love tofu, don't get me wrong, but if you're a meat lover and you're iffy about trying the sofritas, go for it! It actually tastes like chicken.
Also, quick service (like any other Chipotle ever)!
