Very long lines and they do not handle the volume of patrons efficiently, as the wait times can sometimes be 10-15 minutes… For a burrito bowl? it's definitely not worth it. But I find that this location is the most liberal with their food. I always leave with a big hefty sized bowl and i hardly ever pay for double meat, which is a frequent occurrence when i eat Chipotle in Manhattan. I don't eat here because of the messy tables, the amount of traffic and it's cramped space. I really don't want anyone gawking at me while I stuff my face.
This is the worst chipotle i have ever been too. The meat was burnt and the employees were so unprofessional. They were taking cups and drinking in front of customers. What kind of service is that? So disgusting. I was so unsatisfied with this location. Only reason it gets two stars because the chips were good
This is my local Chipotle.when I found out they were opening a Chipotle at Green Acres mall, I was very hesitant to come in and give it a try. I think everyone who knows Green Acres or anything affiliated with this mall knows my pain.
I was absolutely wrong. This Chipotle location isn't bad at all.
It's located in the mall(has its own entrance) and it's right across from Panera Bread.
The staff here works fast and they aren't stingy if you ask them for a little extra of something.
The food is always fresh and just the right temperature.
I've never encountered any attitudes or bad vibes from the staff which is a plus.
Great thing about eating here is that after or before you eat, you can browse around the mall or shop.
Parking is available so that's also a plus.
I'll recommend and I will definitely return.
Bleh. Chipotle.
I visit this Chipotle, as a matter of fact I visit any Chipotle every 2 months. I would never understand how people can eat this stuff so often. They don't have enough selections to enjoy.
Sometimes the rice tastes burnt. Ew.
This chipotle is very small , very tight.
The staff is just okay.
I guess I would recommend.
Your basic Chipotle in the mall you love to hate. It fills that craving and you don't have to go too out of your way for it. Seating is limited and cleanliness could be a bit better, so just take it To Go. You're not missing much unless you're thinking of having a Corona to complete your Mexican meal.
I was originally going to steer my family away from this particular location due to the 2 star rating, but they were starving earlier today and desperately wanted Chipotle. It's pretty small compared to the ones in the city with just a few tables, but it was very clean.
No wait on a Sunday afternoon. We were in and out within a few minutes. Staff was efficient, gave generous portions compared to the ones in the city. They gave us equal amounts of everything we asked for. I shared a spicy steak burrito with L and it was enough for the two of us. D had a chicken burrito and he was almost in a food coma. Food tasted fresh, much better than the one I had last week in midtown. Maybe we just got lucky? I've never tried a burrito bowl in NY, only in Virginia, but I noticed everyone had bowls… Everybody watching their calorie intake…I only eat half anyway.
This was definitely better than what we've had in the past. Just come when there's no line.
Hit or miss.
They usually skimp you out on food. Especially in the rice bowl. There was a guy before me who got wayyyyyyyyy more. I assumed he probably knew the server or something. If I'm paying that much money for a rice bowl, I better get more than half of a spoon…that's ridiculous. I shouldn't feel greedy for asking for more either considering I'm paying for my food.
