Well I can't disagree with the other reviews completely. The place could have been a bit cleaner but the speed of the line moved very quickly. Some of the workers did seem to not work well together or maybe they were still training. In any event, the food quality seemed as good as any chipotle but the downside was that we took it to go and by the time we get back home it wasn't very warm, only 10 min later.

Not sure why everyone is writing a bad review about this Chipotle. It's a pretty good Chipotle – they have really friendly people that work there that get your orders done fast + the food taste good. As for the place – it looks like any regular Chipotle.

I came in with low expectations seeing the other reviews.. but was not completely let down. The location isn't as dirty as seen in some other reviews (unless I came on a really good day) but it looks kind of unfinished in there, as if they're remodeling. There is large wood panel wall with no pictures or posters or anything just a plan wall. Not a big deal I suppose if you're getting take out, but if your dining in I'm sure no one wants to see that and there was a decent crowd dining in.

The line was long but moved fairly fluidly,  I clocked it at 4 min. 19s until I got to the register to pay. So I've seen faster but it wasn't the worst. The food prep team was ok, but one of them got a bit snide briefly because I thought she pointed to the wrong order. There were quite a few burrito bowls in front of her so I was just being cautious she was holding the right one before dumping toppings on I didn't want.

My biggest dissatisfaction with this place is that my food was hardly warm. Granted I got takeout, but between the bowl and aluminum lid it should keep the food good and hot. Also the portions were a letdown. The last chipoltle I visited they stuffed my bowl full of food, but they skimped out here, especially with the meat. So from what I can tell, there is a lot of room for improvement.

I think some of these negative reviews are a bit extremely. This particular location is not that bad. In fact, I consider it to be one of the better Chipotle restaurants I've been to. Or maybe they have improved after so many reviews. Whatever the reason may be, I don't think people should turn away from this location due to the low stars. I normally visit this location around 7pm after my workout. They appear  to be most busy between 5pm to 8pm. Which makes sense since it's dinner time. There are long lines during those hours but it moves fairly fast. They haven't messed up my order thus fair and the cashier has always been friendly. When I was there yesterday around 7:30pm, there was a worker who may have been the manager encouraging the staffs to move a little faster when the line became long. I always get chicken which is $7.01, after tax it's $7.50. No complaints. For now 3 stars. I think they need one staff to tidy up the place during rush hour so it doesn't look to disorganized.

All I can say is WTF!? I'm so confused by all the horrendous reviews this place has gotten. Maybe I'm going at a decent time where the restaurant is still clean, the workers are still working off their coffee buzz, and all is still well in the chipotle world, but..I've had no bad experiences here for my lunch hour.

Walk in, prompt and friendly service, good tasting food (all ingredients appeared fresh to me) and no issues whatsoever. Not really sure what all the semi-riots are about, but if you're in the area for a typical chipotle experience, I can give no reason that you would need to avoid this place as if it's some kind of death trap. Jeez. Tough crowd I guess…

I don't know about others, but I really have no complaints about this branch. Then again, I order from the Chipotle app, so my interaction is limited to pick up and paying. I lined up at around 4:30pm just to get an idea how quick the line moves–it took about two minutes per person. That's not bad for a moderately busy branch.

I ordered three burritos; two that were half steak and half barbacoa, and one that was just barbacoa. The order wasn't complicated. Portion wise, it was the fat ass burrito I expected–plenty of guac, steak, barbacoa, sour cream, cheese, red salsa, and rice. The slices of steak were thick chunks as opposed to long strips.

Yet, I won't say this is a flawless branch. The brown rice was a bit undercooked for two of the burritos I ordered. I was thinking that maybe it was just nuttier than other brown rices I've had, but nope–it was undercooked. Also, the steak was not that flavorful. I've been to many others (pre-Yelp) where the meat soaks up all the juices pretty well. Aside from that, everything was fine. The employees were friendly even when the line was almost to the door today.

All three burrito orders I ordered were correct. Even my "special instructions" were on point, which was cilantro inside two of the burritos and two extra sauce cups of red chili salsa on the side. My order was ready in 15 minutes and the line was pretty long. This will definitely be my go-to Chipotle from now on.

I come here for the convience… sadly, this place stinks!!

There is so much inconsistence here… I get that it shows how everything is fresh but its not just in flavor; a lot of times you get a huge fajita bowl, other times you're thinking "maybe I should have ordered two."

The staff is nice, I mean, its still a fast food place. I dont think we should be expecting 5 star treatment. The thing that sucks about this place, is that you still leave craving chipotle….it never hits the spot!

They def have a few things to work out. They need to get in line with the other chipotles because they just lack in quality, and quanity.

I come here at least once or twice a month at most – all of the other Chipotle 's are by far busier than this location so I still don't understand why they are always running out of food and why your elbows always stick to the table?

With my luck every time I go – it seems like they are always done with the lunch rush and I'm always served scraps ! Why I say that u ask? Because they're always sprinkling food on the bowl!

It gets me upset because by the time I have paid for my bill I've spend about $15 ( u know a girl needs her guac and chips and the world's most expensive water for $3) and while ordering I constantly have to tell them where's the rest of the brown rice?
Where's the rest of the black beans?
Can u give me more tomatoes?
I literally could count the lettuce on my bowl ! Add more lettuce darn it!!!
Why are they so stingy? I'm not getting the food for free !!!! U don't want me leaving out of here HANGRY!!!
Chipotle needs to stop sprinkling food on bowls they could afford to serve a little more food !!!!
