  1. Chiquita's is one of the very few Dominican restaurants in the Ridgewood area that are among my top favorites for authentic good & cheap food. Serving portions are solid and food is fresh prepared and delicious. Nice dine in area with the option to have a glass of wine or beer. They have take out and also do delivery with family plans that are priced right.

    The evening hours the food can sometimes get a little dried out more specifically the Roast pork which is my favorite thing to order so catch them early during the day.

    Very nice family owned and operated restaurant.

  2. I come here all the time and it doesn't matter what I get, everything taste just like how my mother makes it.

    The rotisserie chicken is well seasoned and goes great with any rice and yuca or maduros you get.

    Out of all the Dominican restaurants on Myrtle avenue, they have the best empanadas in town. While the rest charges over $2 for it, Chiquitas has them for just a $1.

    Lunch specials are affordable, for just $6 you get a meat and side of rice. If you switch your options they charge either $1 or $2 extra.

    Around a year ago they started serving beer and wines.

    My co-workers saw that I ordered often from here and now they order more than me.
