  1. So I came back today to be brave and try a different menu item. I ended up ordering a hot top salad which from readong it sounded like a burrito bowl. I got the braied chicken tioga which has spinach, kale, scallions,  crumbled chips, and avocado chunks topped with black beans, Brown rice, and shredded chicken… and for my dressing I chose the Sweet and Spicy Chipotle Sauce instead of the Mexican Goddess dressing they recommend it with…. Service is super as usual… and the salad was real good… it was different but still good and darn it, it still reminded me of a burrito bowl except the dressing really made the difference… That Chipotle Sauce had a good kick to it almost like I had jalapeños in my plate… and most of all ITS ALL HEALTHY!!!

    Overall try the hot top salads, they're different but tastey and you get to substitute items if needed.

  2. tried the mexicali vegan salad with mexican goddess dressing – really good.  also really filling and a good size salad.  can't wait to try something else next time

  3. Great lunch salad spot at Hudson eats. It is very quick paced because of the long lines so make sure you know what you want to order when they ask you.
