The Cool Haus Truck is too cool for school. I stumbled upon this gem on my way back from the Seaport and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they were giving away free ice cream sandwiches to bring attention to the opening of a new building near by. Boy was I in for a treat. I had to wait on line for probably about 10-15 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. There was a choice of cookies and ice cream flavors to pick from (about 6 of each I believe) and the flavors are perfect for foodie lovers (don't worry non-foodies they had plain vanilla as well). I have the double chocolate cookie with the salted caramel ice cream. PERFECTION, pure and simple. Stop by and check them out if they are near by, so worth it!
