  1. Convenient & fast. Big variety of sandwiches, salads, bagels and snacks.  I like their salads made to order, their flagels (flat bagels) and the tuna salad sandwich, and it's all reasonably priced.

  2. It's a place near my job that a few coworkers seem to enjoy. They're friendly enough at the counter, but there's no saving the blandness of their food; there also have been a few mix-ups where I ordered via an app (Eat24) or over the phone and arrive to recieve nothing. I was probably better off not getting anything than waiting for my order  to be made. Their egg sandwich isn't terrible but the bread was no good, just stale and borderline offensive. Their sandwiches are also absolutey slaughtered by the horrendously unfresh and poorly textured bread. Be prepared to have a wee layer of ingredients followed by what seems to be miles of bread to work with. There's litlte I hate more than that in my sandwich. Ingredients aren't nearly as fresh as they'd like you to think. Even in terms of coffee, I prefer Starbucks if it really came down to it. I had one breakfast omelette, as well ,that was poorly put together and overcooked. I don't see a purpose in stopping in here. We also get their catering at my job time to time (never my call) and as someone who loves heroes , I'm always pretty whatever about having it from these guys. Sometimes I'm better off just eating my own packed lunch and not spending the afternoon in dissapointment.

Have never tried their salads, so maybe that can be something to try when the weather gets nicer, as they have a few  tables outside.

I see these kind of lunch stops as desperation meals, much like those buffet-harboring bodegas, but with a big reach for class.

  3. This review is for their catered food only.

I wanted to like them because I need a caterer for work purposes. Their prices are okay and you get a decent amount of food…but that's where things end.

I had to cater a couple of lunches and no one touched the food. I tried it to see why and to make sure if the food was okay.

The pasta was waaaaay overcooked. I could do better!

The chicken also waaaaay overcooked. Chicken breast when overcooked tastes like wet cardboard. I had an entire tray of chicken to throw out. What a waste. I packed some for my bf to see if maybe I was imagining things. I didn't say anything to him to see what comment he had. Usually he loves everything…well, his first comment, the chicken was overcooked!

There is a plus though….the best part was the dessert tray. Which as a guess, they probably outsourced it. Only problem I had was The dessert tray was too small for 17 people. It's same size dessert tray even when I have less people. When a caterer charges per person for food, the portion should be adjusted according to the size of the function. Serving the same dessert tray no matter how big the event is, bad practice, in my eyes
