This Dairy Queen is a stand alone spot along the main street stretch of stores in Linden, NJ. If you've never been before the area is pretty ghetto but remains very clean and still feels relatively safe. This is the closest Dairy Queen to NYC if you live in Staten Island or the lower part of Brooklyn, it's only 4 miles from the Goethais Bridge (the NYC border). If you live in Northern Brooklyn or Manhattan the one in Jersey City is the closest Dairy Queen. This is the smallest Dairy Queen I've ever been to, it's just a walk up window but they do have a small parking lot as well as a few picnic tables on the side of the place. The ice cream and prices are just as fantastic as you'd get at any other location (and the service wasn't too bad either).
