My neighbor and I went yesterday to Das Biergarten for drinks and dinner using a Groupon certificate.The restaurant itself was clean, airy and and had large tables that could accommodate a large number of people and had a bar with several large screen tv's playing sports programming. We had two one liter beers and a giant pretzel with dips. Both were excellent especially the authentic dark German beer and the pretzel which was just right. we then ordered a sausage on pretzel with warm German potato salad with sauerkraut which was great. Service was excellent, friendly and very responsive. The price to value ratio is about average for this type of restaurant. All in all this was an excellent experience and I look forward to returning soon.
Great german food with pretty good prices.
If you like MEAT, get the Pigs knuckle. Its a huge bone of pork with fall of the bone tender meat.
Service can be slow for food but the bar service is great and they are happy to let you try any of the beers before you buy
