I really wanted to like this place – it's a nice, romantic ambiance and what drew me in was the live music.
That being said, my kebab was the fattiest piece of chicken I have ever consumed, the vegetables were drowned in butter and my glass of vino was meh (there were no great choices).
The service gave me sh*t for wanting to sit at a table (I was alone) and tried to place me at the bar, though she eventually relented (mind you, several tables of 2 got up shortly therafter and remained empty for the rest of the night). They also refused to re-light my candle since I was sitting under a fan – I understand that, but like I said, I walked in here for the ambiance…
