It really grinds my gears when I have to wait an hour for my pizza to be delivered, when the delivery estimate is 18-28 minutes.
It also really gets me going me when the tracker says my order is delivered, when it isn't yet.
I order from this Dominos regularly. It's not a one time thing. Not a two time thing It's ALWAYS.
I once called because my order was over an hour late.
"Your order's out for delivery"
Really??? I don't want it.
If I hadn't been so hungry I would've hung up and ignored the delivery guy when he got here.
Horrible service from this place. I don't get why I still order from here.
It stops today though.
Annoyed! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered the medium handmade pizza which usually cost me $8.70 however when I arrived home, I noticed that my box says $16.54 so I called Dominos to tell them about the error and the rep who answered the phone told me to call back in an hour! Are you serious?! They will Never get my business again! Now I see why this location only has one star!
