  1. I have recieved poorly made pizza multiple  times.  Either incorrect order or very minimal toppings.  Customer care responded to my negative review but never once offered to fix or provide a courtesy pizza. STAY AWAY!

  2. I can see why everyone was so angry at this store. I've ordered from this domino's 2 times beforehand so I thought that it would have been different from this time.

    I ordered online on a Saturday night at 8:08PM. I was tracking it, but then the website stopped working and could not find my order when the pizza was being prepped. My boyfriend and I both called the store–no one will answer for 15 minutes, and then you just give up. What kind of crappy store does not take calls or at the very least, tell people to wait on the line because they have other customers waiting? The tracker later finally started working again when the pizza was being delivered. I recieved a call from the delivery guy at 9:30PM. The estimated time for the pizza was 45-55 mins. I had to wait for a pizza and wings for an hour and a half–if I knew that was going to happen then I would've ordered something else.

    Also, I am .9 miles (5 minutes driving) from the Domino's store. When I got my pizza, it was just a little bit warm–as in, why did it take so long for it to be delivered?

  3. I have used the online ordering before, from another location, and had no problems with it. I moved over the summer and on a day when my local pizzerias were closed and both of my kids were having a play date at my house, I went for my local Dominos for quick delivery to satisfy four kids and myself. Eek! Methinks not according to Yelp.

    12:11 pm – completed ordering process online and received confirmation via email. Estimated delivery time was 18-28 minutes.

    12:26 pm – pizza tracker showed it was out of the oven and being checked for accuracy.

    12:45 pm – called the store, no answer

    12:56 pm – the check for accuracy apparently was finished after 30 minutes and the pizza was marked out for delivery.

    1:20 pm – called the store, no answer

    2:12 pm – pizza was marked as delivered and they hoped I was enjoying the meal.

    STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PIZZA.

    After over two hours, I ordered from somewhere else and received said pizza (novel concept). I submitted an online review of the order and heard nothing so I sent a customer support message and was informed that someone from the store would be contacting me, but I am not holding my breath for a $10 gift certificate that I will never use. I am glad Dominos is so into the customer in their new TV spots, but unfortunately the real-life doesn't match up.

  4. I'm embarrassed about even writing this review because now I just exposed myself for ordering Dominos in a city know for amazing pizza. This store is HORRIBLE. They never pick up the phone and I placed an order almost two hours ago that I'm still waiting for. Yes as I write this review the pizza I placed before 8 pm still has not arrived and it is now 9:40 at night. I'm beyond ticked off. If Dominos was smart they should shut this particular store down.
