We ordered online when an out of town guest was staying with us. We paid online.
When the delivery guy showed up, the person who ordered (and paid) was in the bathroom. The out of town guest opened the door and asked what was owed. Delivery guy says $26. So he walked away with our $30 ($26+tip) on a pizza that was already paid for.
It's robbery. The manager of this place said he'd talk to the driver and call us back. He's never called us back. National corporate customer care is at least communicating with me.
Note: this was previously written about the Domino's on 16 W 8th Street as they were the ones who used to deliver for us.
I have recieved poorly made pizza multiple times. Either incorrect order or very minimal toppings. Customer care responded to my negative review but never once offered to fix or provide a courtesy pizza. STAY AWAY!
