My roommate was on hold THE same day I tried to order pizza too. She tried to order her food 30mins away (in car) and finally after 20mins of waiting on the phone, she went to another Dominos. I think this store JUST NEEDS TO COMMUNICATE to people why they are being put on hold or please hold for a min or so. Let people know. They don't talk, they just assume we know what's going on.
This is the customer service in NJ? (I'm new) OK NYC is busy, but I don't get how this place can do this to two people in one day (who knows who else)…. This is what you would want for the face of your company? We just want to order our pizza's…
I'm very disappointed. Also, they've been looking for a manager for about three weeks now. It looks like at this point they are running on just employees, which is really hard for a lot of people to do. They need a manager. I hope something happens soon.
The sad thing is I want to give you business and I just want to eat the pizza. Its a great deal and it's delicious (Canadian Bacon (Ham) and pineapple thin crust please)!!! Thumbs up to whom ever makes it, or the ingredients, or whatever makes it finger licking good….
I have done both take out and delivery from here a few times. It's good for your average Domino's. Still consider it a little pricey for a pie and cheesy bread …but whatever….it's good mainly for the fact they do late night deliveries. The app is convenient also..u can save all ur information so u can just log in and get delivery fast with a nice tracking devise for your order.
