Just your typical DD, nothing too special. It is raged small but that staff is usually pretty quick. It has a nice location, conveniently located by the cross island parkway. Parking can be somewhat annoying.
By far my favorite Dunkin Donuts. The ladies here are very polite and friendly. They are always smiling and treat you like you would expect in a small town coffee shop. This location is always clean and has very convenient hours (open from 5am-11PM) Situated right near the CIP, its a convenient place to drop in and get your go go juice before you head off to work.
The worst DD! They have screwed up my coffee on 3 separate occasions. How hard is it to make an iced coffee, light with cream, and one sugar? They just don't seem to give a sh*t.
My boyfriend is a coffee fiend. And because his house is only a block away, he comes to this Dunkin Donuts every single day. Staff is friendly, and they start preparing our usual order before we even walk up to the register!
I absolutely fell in love with this place when they first opened.
The new morning crew in there is a lot to be desired.
Its been multiple times at this point I have walked in, no line, 3 workers behind the counter and they stand there chit chatting instead of working. You have to repeat things 3 to 4 times because they don't listen.
I hope they shape up, it convenient and quick for its location. But the service is going down hill.
