24 hour DD automatically deserves 3-stars. Cheery employees who greet you with a smile as they take and fulfill your order? Another star for that. Yeah!
I don't usually go to this Dunkin' Donuts, but today, I stopped in to get iced coffee before meeting a family member. Ordered 2 iced coffees with milk and sugar, and what I got was iced coffee that was extremely syrupy and sugary, it must've contained at least 4 packets of sugar and/or syrup, it was so sweet. The vibe is dead in here, and it doesn't seem to be that clean.
I normally don't write reviews for chain restaurants but my less than stellar experiences here have to be heard! I used to work at the CVS right across from this Dunkin Donuts so I would often stop by for lunch or to grab a coffee. Bad idea. I always order the same iced coffee here but it tastes different every time! Some days its alright but most days its just bad. The sugar tastes disgusting and there is definitely something off with the coffee. One time, I had a coupon for an iced tea and decided to use it. They told me that they only had green tea left so I got the peach green tea iced tea. Bad idea. It tasted disgusting!! I did not taste any peach or green tea but instead, tasted something like cornmeal wtf??
The service and the decor only make this Dunkin Donuts that much worse. Every time I go in, the servers are always talking amongst themselves and pay little attention to the customers. They also always open the door in the back and wheel out some machine thing and make a big ruckus out of it. However, what really turns me off the most is how disgusting and dirty this place is. Every time I sit at one of the tables, there's always some weird bug flying around me and I have to wave it away like a crazy person. One time, a lady sitting next to me noticed a beetle on the wall and had to use her shoe to kill it *shivers*. As can also be concluded, the tops of the tables are dirty as well and I don't think anyone cleans them.
The coffee is bad. The service is bad. The place is dirty. I DO NOT recommend this store at all! There are many other Dunkin Donuts stores in this area so go to those instead! I've been to others in this area and they've never disappointed me with their coffee. Don't go to this one just for the convenience!
I don't understand how anyone thinks what Dunkin Donuts serves is good coffee. That being said, I only go here if I want something more than basic coffee but don't want to trek to Starbucks. Maybe I've been spoiled by growing up with coffee snob parents, but that's the truth as I see it. Anyway, almost every single time I go in there is more than one person working there, but only one serving – even with people waiting in line. I think they could improve a lot in that area, it kind of turns me off knowing that I'm probably going to have to wait longer than I would for a latte, to get a barely drinkable cup of coffee.

Really bad peach iced tea, but I think that's the Dunkin'Donut chain inventory and not this location itself.
They are effective and gets the job right.
I just order and leave once I get my food/drink.
I just come here when I want a quick snack and drink while I'm waiting for the b1.
There are a few tables and chairs towards the back of the place, but it is always full when I visit.
