This location is horrible.
When I came here last night around 8PM, there was a long line. There were three people working there and two of them walked around and didn't bother asking the customers if they needed help with anything. So basically only ONE guy was working. All I wanted was a vanilla milk shake but it took them 20 minutes to finally serve me.
Went in to grab a quick hot drink and was greeted once I went to the counter. The staff was well mannered and patient as I looked through the menu to order. Very friendly as well. Ordered the caramel macchiato and was made just the way j like it.
I couldn't agree more with how everyone feels about this DD/BR.
My boyfriend and I came here twice on a Friday night/weekend nights to pick up ice cream. On our most recent visit, one of the workers was quite mean to us. The BR and DD section was split and each section had their own cash register. We l were waiting for the worker to take our order while we were lining up at the BR side when he told us we had to line up at the DD side. I couldn't understand because we could have just told him what ice cream we wanted and he could have brought it to the side so we could pay for it when it was our turn. While we were lining up, we noticed another worker not doing much or helping customers. After waiting on line for 15 minutes — my boyfriend and I decided to leave.
The first time we got ice cream with the same rude worker, he didn't even fill our ice cream to the max.
I wouldn't recommend coming to this DD/BR because the staff/workers doesn't seem to care much about their customers.

I heard about the croissant donut so I thought I'd try it out.
BIG MISTAKE.
It should be illegal to call it a croissant donut. There's nothing in it that resembles a croissant.
When I took the first bite my first thought was " this is a donut an overpriced donut. "
Even their regular donuts taste better than this crap. It's just overloaded with sugar and glaze.
