I frequent this one often since it is near my place of employment. The staff are extremely friendly and my food is usually hot and fresh. It is pretty popular since it is near the train station so sometimes it takes a little longer to get my food than it usually should…However, it is still a nice place to get breakfast and to start my work morning.
Every Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to in my 38 years has always managed to screw up my order. Nothing more frustrating than that! Also, I could never understand a word the people that worked at the various ones I've been to were saying. This Dunkin' Donuts just opened up a few months ago. The young staff all work well and seem like they really give a damn! My order has always been quick and correct! Everything is fresh. Sometimes there could be a long line in the morning but that's to be expected and it usually goes quick. Very accessible location. Right at the entrance of the Marcy Avenue J, M and Z train and across the street from the bus depot. The place is clean and they are always on top of the cleanliness but I have to say that the stand where they have the straws, napkins, sugar, garbage hole, etc. can get cluttered and messy very quickly. I come here several times a week on my way to work and I love it a lot otherwise.
