I used to live around the neighborhood and came here a lot. The staff don't acknowledge their customers and I've noticed that the manager yells at the staff a lot. I've noticed that there's always new employees every time I visit, so I'm think there's something wrong with management. I went in one time and it was really busy that the manager came out to take orders with the staff. When I come to up place my order she didn't acknowledge I was there. I didn't mind that she didn't say "Hi, how are you? Can I take your order" or something. She IGNORED me and called the person BEHIND me. When I complained, she flat out said that she knew the customer and, therefore that justified letting a customer cut me. I'm glad I moved because I'd hate to have to go here whenever I want dunkin donuts just because its the only one in the neighborhood. I'd avoid this place like the plague, unless terrible service is your thing.
Not sure why there are such bad reviews, but my latte tasted amazing and the price was great as well. They're a little slow with the service, they really aren't looking to set any records, but the time they take to make the coffee really shows in the taste.
