  1. I agree that the workers are polite and attentive but will only do so if they know customers are going to be putting coins in that "tips" cup.

    I wanted to use a gift card there and the counter lady was having problems with the card reader. I told the lady to manually key in the numbers and she claimed she didn't know how to or was just too lazy to do so.

    Perhaps this was her way of telling me to pay cash so that my change will go to her "tips" cup.

    My tip to her was get a real waiter's job if she wants a tip.

  2. Very convenient location if you're in the area and don't want to walk to Austin, but they could be a lot better.

    As a previous reviewer mentioned, the donuts here do seem to always be stale. Another thing I'm not crazy about is that their Wi-Fi is spotty.  Came here for a cup of coffee and to work on my thesis, left having only coffee.  

    The one positive here is that the people are usually nice and work fast.

    If you're looking for a quick cup of coffee, this is the place. If you're looking to do some work or enjoy a donut, you should walk a little further.
