Well, I didn't have the crunchy donut problem that definitive had, but certainly, they're not made onsite (like most Dunkin Donuts, though). The hot sandwiches here are slow to be made, but taste pretty normal. The donuts themselves, I have only had the sugar, creme, and barvarian. They've all been pretty normal.
Not the best service, but if you're craving a donut, this place works.
I am baffled how this Dunkin Donuts can stay open.
Between the staff's incompetence and slow service, I would have thought they would be shut down years ago.
Shows you how badly people need a gathering spot despite the product's deterioration.
This Dunkin Donuts has:
1) Forgotten my order
2) Given me an incomplete order
3) Given me an inedible order
4) Yelled at old ladies
5) Talked about their customers while they are still standing there.
Just awful.
Please let a Starbucks or Tim Hortons replace them soon.
Tried their new mango smoothie and was kind of disappointed with the frozen mango chunks.
This is my local DD that is always crowed with kids from the HS. They serve fairly quickly and rarely have space for you to sit and eat your breakfast. I dont like their lattes and the breakfast items are okay but too small for you to get full.
This has got to be the smallest dunkin donuts I've ever been too. This also seems to be the local coffee shop hang out for the more mature folks in the neighborhood.
I stopped in for an ice coffee, I was able to walk right in and place my order. The cashier wasn't friendly nor was he mean he was just there. Upon receiving my order I of course took a sip of my coffee to make sure it was made how I ordered it. Unfortunately it was not, that coffee was so sweet it would have pushed my sugar through the roof. The cashier used sugar instead of a sugar substitute when I requested for it to be made over, the cashier displayed an attitude which I really didn't care for. Another worker seen what was going on and remade my ice coffee.
Since I'm not in the area frequently I don't have to worry about visiting the particular dunkin donuts again.
This Dunkin' Donuts offers snail's pace service, rude customer service (especially to the elderly), open 24 hours, close proximity to the train, and does not honor any deals/coupons.
I haven't tried their donuts.
I don't know why, but the cashier rolled her eyes at this elderly woman in front of me as the woman tried to order and pay.
The cashier was also rude to the elderly lady behind me.
I tried to use a coupon for a medium iced coffee and the cashier told me that they don't honor any coupons.
Ok…
So I paid for my medium coffee.
And it tasted disgustingly burnt. Like drinking charcoal with sugar and milk.
So that's unedible.
I turned to Kwai and said:
Let's never come here again.
This is the Dunkin closest to my new fortress…oy.
Service is slow here. Slow and often disorganized. Maybe during the week it's better, as I've only gone here on weekends, but seriously, step it up!
Thankfully the quality is standard Dunkin…and they don't run out of the pumpkin spice coffee. The spice must flow!
I'll go here when I'm not in a rush. Starbucks is closer to me, but I refuse to patronize the Zerg of coffee joints.
Can you say "minuscule?" That's this location to a T. I was not wowed with the service and if it wasn't right nearby, I wouldn't have bothered being here but when one needs nourishment and convenience, one sometimes ends up in places like this. Had more fun talking to a friendly elderly lady here; it was so cramped you were probably better off trying to make friends.
