The place was dead yet it still took 15 minutes to get a simple blueberry iced coffee with skim milk and some Splenda.
The workers seemed to move at a glacial pace, and despite the cashier evidently being in the bathroom and there being multiple people making drinks, it never occurred to one of the drink makers to take some orders while the cashier was in the can?
And as a cherry on top of this crappy experience it was literally 100 degrees out so I asked for a large hot coffee cup to put my medium iced coffee cup in to insulate it and keep the ice from melting in 5 minutes flat…the girl first looked at me like I had 9 heads (I still have not yet ascertained if doing this is a New England thing, because since I've moved to New York and asked for said hot cup, I get confused looks) and then gave me a bunch of attitude about it…which never happened any other time I ask for one.
I would hate Dunkin more than I already do if I had to patronize this one on a regular basis.
