I come here because they have a drive-thru. Some days they'll be out of donuts, but when they do, they're stale!!! It sucks because I get a dozen or a half dozen…and they're all stale.
For a franchise, they aren't very consistent with the coffee, bagels and donuts. I still come every few months and either I'm pleased or really disappointed.
A lot of the times speaking to a person through the speaker is difficult. They never understand what I'm saying and vice versa. Fix the speaker!!!!
Service is quick and fast, which is what you expect and want from any fast food chain. The food is also what you expect. I give this store 4 stars because in terms of speed, they are faster than a lot of fast food stores. Keep up the good work.
