This review is based on my walk in service, not the drive-thru which so many yelpers have said was awful.
The inside service area is fairly small, but it appears at this time there is some sort of renovation going on so the tables have been removed and there are a few men mingling about doing assorted maintenance type work. I was greeted with a smile and asked what I would like. Since I had my "clean" refill cup, I ordered the iced coffee with my specifics to cream and Splenda. I also decided to try the toasted coconut donut and the standard Boston crème donut for later emergency snacking. I try to always test my coffee before I leave my location just incase something is not quite right. Todays coffee was almost perfect. For the minimal lack of sweetness I just decided to deal with it. The coconut toasted donut was very good, but I would recommend not eating it in the car. Those little toasted coconut bits tend to fly everywhere and I know that no matter how much vacuuming is done to the car….one is going to continue to show up.
I saved the Boston Crème donut until later in the afternoon for my emergency sugar dosage. It too was quite good and fresh. Here is a tip for those that like the donuts with a chocolate topping. Eat the donut upside down with the chocolate next to the tongue. The taste is much better when you eat it that way.
Over all my experience at this location was very good and I would stop here again, but based on the other reviews it seems that taking the time to walk inside is much better than drive thru.
Simple, clean, and fast. Exactly how I want it to work.
My donut and ice tea (99¢ day) were ready before I was done paying, and it took less time to prepare my hot and piping hashbrowns before I was able to walk down, get a straw, and a couple napkins out of the dispenser.

Exactly what I wanted out of the experience.
