Been coming here for years. Surrounded by NYC's top hospitals, you'll always find hospital staff nearby picking up somethings to go. This location is busy in the mornings and evenings. Fast friendly service all the time. This location does not give a discount like the one on 70st. This location has Baskin Robbins, 70st does not. Pick up a dozen as a thank you to your nurses!
This is a recently remodeled dunkin donuts that just opened back up again. Honestly it's a dunkin donuts so there's really not much to expect from a fast food chain. You just get your order and go. I ordered a sausage and egg wake up wrap. Pretty easy order, but the guy who made my order burnt the cheese onto the wrap and it came out of the oven black. He was going to serve it until another worker told him to redo it. Second time I came to this place, I ordered what I would usually ordered at any other Dunkin Donut, a caramel dark roast iced coffee with cream, no sugar. However the when I got my order there was way too much cream in it and ice in the cup. Barely any drink and it just tasted too creamy to the point where after drinking half of it I threw out my drink. If you order, make sure to say light ice (unless you want a cup of ice filled to the brim).
I ordered a decaf box of joe from here and I was very satisfied. The coffee was really fresh and stayed warm for a half an hour before I got to my destination. They also provided 10 dunking donuts cups, a lot of sugar, fake sugar, and creamer with stirring straws. He said it provides 10 servings and cost $17.
Recently remodeled, this store is new and quick; simple to order and a long queue line ready plus a Baskin Robbins inside.
There are seats, and the service counter can be a bit slow, but the coupons they gave out were great (cheap coffee, donuts, and more specials), so not a bad buy in the local area.
