  1. Ordered a muffin and a coffee. Had normal expectations, and they were met. This location isn't particularly clean – I think they would have a hard time keeping up with all of the customers, given how busy it is and how few people are working at any given time. The coffee was hot, the muffin tasted good, and I left happy. Just a typical DD.

  2. This place is absolutely FILTHY. I come here every once in a while on a weekend when I'm taking my doggy for a long walk and want some coffee to sip on or for some decaf late night.  Seriously, every time I've been here it just looks like a total health code violation (namely the ice cream section). The staff is sluggish as all hell and basically the laziest group of employees I have yet to see at an establishment in NYC.  I literally walked out last night after waiting close to 10 mins for them to take my order, with one guy doing some work and the other guy just sitting there staring into space.

  3. There is just something off about this particular dunkin donuts. I been to really bad service ones but at least they get it right with the food. For some reason my order never comes out right despite that they assure me that's my order. They Even repeated my order back to me to ensure They got it right before paying but they still messed up and claim no responsibility of it
Aside from That cashier always rush you even when it's empty and food is terribly burnt here. I got hash browns which tasted bitter , coffee that lacked flavor and seemed run down and a croissant sandwich which was clearly a bagel .

  4. So, I finally caved to pressure and got the Dunkinique Ansel Cronut. I had read the reviews so I knew to get up early (5AM!) and got there early with a friend. We were the first ones to wait outside, and thank goodness we brought blankets because it was freezing. Other customers came in and out with Coolatas, but we stayed the course and by 9AM, we ventured inside. The line wasn't bad; actually I don't even think there was a line, some guy just asked if we were going inside. We got inside as the smell of Tater tots and Chicken Egg White Sandwiches overwhelmed us. The special flavor of the month–"Croissant Donut"–was only 2.50.

I have to say, I don't understand all of the hype. Maybe I missed something, but it was very mediocre, and I don't think I would try it again, much less wait in a nonexistent line. There was really no flavor at all, though I'm thinking I went to the wrong one.

Definitely a disappointment, but I liked my Strawberry Coolata.
