Okay guys, I KNOW that this is a review on a Dunkin Donuts and I KNOW that the majority of us know that Dunkin Donuts is more known for their donuts, and apparently their coffee, NOT for their service. However this location inspires me to write one!
First things first: this location is ridiculously small. Not that I want to sit and eat here, but I'm just saying. There's one table only and it's by the window that has a view of the back of one of their posters and sits next to the fridge where people awkwardly lean over to grab their drinks or ice cream cakes.
Secondly, the service! They're pretty fast actually but that's not where the problem lies. The problem is that these people don't know a lick of English! You have to speak very clearly to them and be very specific. Actually, whenever my boyfriend comes here they usually get his coffee/coolatta order right but when it comes to how many donuts, coffee rolls or bagels he would like it's like these people don't bother to listen because they just turn around giving him a blank stare pointing in a direction that the employees hope is the correct donut or bagel my boyfriend had requested.
Again, I know this is a Dunkin Donuts but STILL, the staff should know at least what their customers are saying. It's not like it's Starbucks where small chit-chat may occur.
