Was very disappointed when I went in for the new promo….the pepper egg and turkey sausage on the muffin. After the "cook / toaster operator" became overwhelmed with 2 orders ahead of me, back-up (the second cashier) came to rescue her. After waiting an unacceptable time for the time of day (5am) I was FINALLY informed there was no turkey sausage, I was already knee deep in commitment here and had no time to hit another functional location and had no choice but shrug my shoulders and take anything they gave me. Won't be back here any time soon.
I love this Dunkin Donuts for the cleanliness and the parking! There's one closer to me on Francis Lewis and the conduit but there's barely any parking over there.
The staff here are nice and they like to get your order nice and swiftly.
